Friendly batista greeted us upon entering, grilled cheese is amazing and drinks were out in no time. Thank you for your kindness Danielle!

Service is fabulous, friendly!But the coffee needs HELP in taste dept .. and why oh why don't they just have the cream sugar where customers can use it as they want to!??And they used to have the vanilla powder cinnamon cocoa.Raised prices w no more of the good stuff?

Enrique and Donelle and the rest of the staff are always amazing always greeted when I walk in food/ coffee and tea always made to my liking never had a bad experience here at this location and never a long wait time very professional and friendly service with a smile that keeps me coming back!!!

I stop at this Starbucks location every time I come to Palm Desert. Service is well above many other Starbucks I've been to. I am greeted the moment I walk in, service is accurate, fast, friendly. Great job being done at those location.

Took 20 minutes to have our order taken (1 person ahead of us) and another 20 minutes to receive our order. Suggestion: Don't prioritize mobile orders if you have staff to handle the orders.
