The best authentic Japanese restaurant in the area of Palm Desert/ Palm Springs.

Got in the door with about 25 minutes to spare prior to the end of lunch (2:30 pm). Party of five with a mix of entree, sushi, and roll orders. No issue or fuss! Staff was courteous and accomdating, as always. I had the katsu danburi (pork cutlet, with shitake mushroom and egg over a bed of seasoned savory rice) and some tako sushi. Absolutely fantastic presentation. Ambience and service! Thanks for another great lunch, Musashi!

So good and so fresh! We will definitely be back. Amazing sashimi and rolls. Veggie tempura was top notch. The gentleman serving us today (6/1 around 1 pm) was amazing. Incredible service. Quick, quality presentation,kind, patient, knowledgeable. All of the staff there that we saw were friendly. 10/10.
