The website says they have sugar-free, so we drove a ways to get there so I could have some ice cream. Nope. Website lied. No sugar-free. Very disappointed. Won't be back. View all feedback.
I was in search of a vegan date shake, and I found it! They even shared it for us. The shake costs $8.95 for a 16 oz serving, and they also offer Dole Whip.
I only tried the vanilla coconut bliss ice, but they also had other dairy-free sorbets available. I enjoyed the vanilla with Oreos, and it was delicious and creamy.
I can only recommend Ben and Jerry's. The staff didn't seem to understand veganism and were taken aback when we requested non-dairy options. The date shake was quite good, but we waited a long time for it because some of the employees appeared to be in conflict over how to make it.
Always a pleasant experience at lapperts, especially when cameron is here to serve our delicious ice! excellent customer service and is always all smiles:
