Stopped here on our way to AZ and was pleasantly surprised with the quality and price! $39 for 2 cut rolls and sashimi plate!!! And Ono sashimi!!! We will be back! Great service and clean even tho looking for help. Will have to try their fried rice and yakisoba next time. Such a cute place with Japanese decor. Loved the chimes on the door as we were leaving. The food is great and reasonably priced but the service is terrible. They never answer their phone and when they do, you get put on hold for at least 10 minutes. Was put on hold and went to the restaurant to order my food instead. Hung up the phone right as i walked through the door since i was going to just order in person since the wait is too long. Ribeye Hibachi and fried rice every time I'm in the area. Portions are large and perfectly cooked and seasoned. The Philly Roll and Shrimp Tempura rolls are also .
I would like to sincerely apologize. I was looking for a hibachi restaurant nearby and, when I clicked on the Google link, it directed me to your establishment by mistake. I'm truly sorry for the confusion and have removed my previous negative review.
The experience started off well, but then I was served old beef and thin, frozen shrimp tempura. I recognized the shrimp tempura as the same brand available in the grocery store's frozen aisle, and I ended up paying double for the frying service. To top it off, I became ill and vomited during the night.
I found a long strand of hair in my chicken hibachi. Since it was takeout, I didn’t notice it until I got home and started eating. I suggest that the cooks wear hairnets and pay closer attention to food preparation. Thank you.
