When I was a kid my grandma used to make Birria and we would marinade it by dipping it in the consome juice. That was about 30 years ago. When i took a bit of this amazing Birria Quesadilla filled with fresh cilantro and dices onions dipped in the consome juice. Wow!! I love it! I'm definitely driving 100 miles to try this again.. I asked for dark meat. It's not a dark meat. It is not even noted on the order receipt. I called the manager and he said he was watching the order, and it was dark meat. I'm not stupid. If the dark meat is, it is the most dry dark meat ever. When I picked up the order and saw it, I asked if it was dark because I could say it wasn't just by looking at it. I'll go to companies to correct the problem. View all feedback.
