Came in here to waste some time before the concert started.Had an expected good time.Drinks were good.Killed a little time on the pool table.Nice atmosphere.Next time in this area we will definitely stop by for some more drinks .Nice art work View all feedback.
What MF16 doesn't like about Ding Tea Palm Desert:
Subpar drinks compared to other locations. A little different here too... they give you levels for sweetness and ice but then charge you for it. I haven't experienced this at other locations before. Ordered a drink with less ice and half sugar and it cost $0.50 extra and then to add boba is another $0.65... so 2 drinks came out to $13. Plus they are a little stingy in boba. Probably won't come here again. View all feedback.
What happened to the service here?Girl working the register struggles with pos system and gives sass without clear instructions on payment. You can pay via venmo/zelle/cashapp for a discount, but you have to ask and confirm yourself bc employee can care less lolTeach your employee to lose her attitude and do her actual job, pls and thx
We placed a large order for about 35 boba for a large party. They were prompt and had the order ready on time (unfortunately we were running late picking it up because our sandwich order elsewhere was late by a hour . But Ding Tea held our beverages in the fridge, and everyone still loved the fruit teas with boba we ordered. Perfect for a hot day in PS! Glad they had a Ding Tea location there. :

The drink was great but they forgot my toppings and now I’m just drinking milk tea, even though I got milk tea with lychee jelly.
Staff were pleasant and professional.Beverage I had was very tasty.
