My daughter had a wonderful birthday celebration today, March 4, 2024. Around 12:45 or 1 PM, the lady at the register was incredibly kind— I wish I could remember her name! She took the time to explain various deals that suited our family perfectly. I really felt like I got great value for my money, and my kids had a fantastic time. Great customer service makes a difference, and we truly appreciated it. We will definitely return, largely because of that warm experience. My family and I felt very welcomed!
The food and games were enjoyable, but the venue was very hot, as there seemed to be no air conditioning. It was also quite crowded, which made the experience less comfortable. Additionally, there should be more regulations for kids, as some were on the machines and cutting in front of others.
It was alright. The kids enjoyed it. It wasn't as good as it used to be, but that's the way it goes.
We had such a great team party at Chuck E. Cheese. Anthony was so helpful and attentive. I loved how easy it was to book the party and the place was so nice. Super clean and many new games!
My wife and I said no more!. Never again will we go here. It 's way too expensive now. It just doesn 't seem right for an overpriced pizza and game play.
This family-friendly venue offers a mix of enjoyable food and games, making it a popular choice for kids' parties. While the atmosphere is lively with friendly staff and decent pizza options, some guests report issues regarding wait times, air conditioning, and maintenance of facilities. Parents appreciate the play pass system, though there are concerns regarding child supervision and crowding. Frequent performers like Chuck E. Cheese add to the excitement, but inconsistencies in entertainment and equipment functionality can detract from the experience. Overall, it promises fun for kids, despite some notable drawbacks.

A great place to take your kids eat some pizza and have a fun time! Lots of arcade games for kids...
The soda machine seemed to be out of order, and the kiosk wasn't functioning, so we couldn't place an order. With just 10 minutes left, they were unwilling to let us finish a game with our 4-year-old. This location is clearly not family-friendly; the dining experience was disappointing and not suitable for adults either. I would recommend trying McDonald's or another place where children can feel welcomed and enjoy their time!
Always a fun time when you can have beer pizza and games. The children are entertaining and once? not try to hide the rodent problem. There is a huge rat with which the children like to see and take photos. Cheaper than most outdoor pleasure shops and most games are always working. Fun for children and fathers?. Didn't see many happy mothers here, jokes. Fun for Al!
Although pricing is a bit high for my budget we still go cuz my kids Love it. Majority if not all the Staff is exceptional, they go over and beyond expectations. Always smiling, more than happy to assist, friendly and very welcoming. The food is really good in my opinion. We Love the pizza and buffalo wings. And there is never a long wait for your food. We always purchased playtime by minutes it I think is best and we love that we can pause when we eat! The only super disappointing part was they announced Chuckee would be out in 5 minutes three separate times but he Did NOT! They just put on a dance video. Other than that we always have fun. If you get a chance don't forget to take a sketch drawing picture, they're our favorite!!
Had my son's birthday party here, they did a great job even with the covid circumstances. Everyone including my son had a blast! I paid for the start package, the cheapest one but I brought my own cake, ice cream, goodie bags and balloons... I upgraded all the kids play passes, so they got to play for a lot longer. Totally worth the price in the end!

This is the cleanest Chuck E. Cheese location we've visited, especially compared to the one in Victorville, CA. The variety of video games is impressive, and the overall cleanliness is excellent. However, the pizza still falls short when compared to other pizza options.
The soda machine had only about four working options. The kiosk was out of order, so we couldn’t pause the games. With just 10 minutes until closing, they wouldn’t extend playtime for a 4-year-old even by 5 more minutes. This location is definitely not suitable for kids—the food is terrible, and honestly, it’s not great for adults either. I’d recommend trying McDonald’s or somewhere else where kids can truly enjoy themselves!
Always a fun time with beer, pizza, and games. The kids are entertained, and for once they’re not trying to hide the rodent problem. There's a giant rat mascot that the kids love to see and take pictures with. It’s more affordable than most outdoor amusement parks, and most of the games are always functioning. Great fun for kids and dads alike. Haven’t seen many happy moms here—just kidding! Fun for all!
My kids and I attended a birthday party at Chuck E. Cheese, and we had an absolute blast. It was wonderful to be part of all the fun and excitement. We danced and sang along with Chuck E. Cheese, and even took photos with him. My kids absolutely loved it! We had a 2-hour play pass and enjoyed delicious pizza, cake, and ice cream. The staff was incredibly friendly and made the whole experience seamless. Thank you for an amazing time!
