I?ve been to this Chick-fil-A four times since opening, and three out of four times they forgot an item. Like the food is still good and the customer service is fantastic (they were quick with and didn?t question giving me the missing item). But come on, a25% accurate order rate? Get it together. I hate to complain but it just wasn't a very good experience. My spicy chicken sandwich came without any chicken in it. They fixed it, but the staff seemed casual about it, like it's a common thing to happen. It's a simple mistake, but I'm glad I didn'tget that in the drive-thru and had gone home with my sandwich like that. The staff was nice, but not friendly or outgoing likeexpected from previous times I've been to a Chick-fil-A. It was a bit busy, but I felt like a number. The place was very clean,well lit, and spacious. The other customers seemed to be having a good time. I'll come back eager to give a better score.
Great food , it never fails. The mobile ordering leaves some things to be desired. There needs to be an option to check in on the app once you get there, as opposed to having to wait for an associate to check you in. This morning, we were in a hurry andassumed that because there were only a few cars in line that we would be in and out. However, because you have to speak to arepresentative to check in for them to start preparing your food, there can be unnecessary delay for mobile orders. Using theapp, we made the order 15 minutes prior to our arrival. Unfortunately, once we arrived the representative did not acknowledge usfor nearly 10 minutes as she was having a conversation with another customer 2 cars ahead. Once I flagged her down, she came tothe vehicle and checked us in. From that point forward, the food was prompt, fresh, and we were on our way relativelyquickly. It should be noted that another staff member was able to see that I was frustrated with the delay, and he walked overand assured me that things would be out as soon as possible. Sometimes it?s the little things. Great job.

The breaded chicken within both the spicy and regular sandwiches were soggy, not crunchy. The lettuce was also dark and discolored unlike the fresh leaves of lettuce in the photos. Good service, clean dining in as we did, but food needs fine tuningto guarantee freshness. Thanks goodness we didn't go through the drive thru and wait till home.
I either give 1 or 5 stars no in between. You get a 1 star because your excellence lacks a timely delivery of a simple chicken sandwich. 45 minute waits for foods that take an absolute maximum of 15 minutes to prepare are not acceptable. Otherwise thefood and service are great.
