Arby's - Palm Desert

The lady checkout at the front counter was very fast and good what she does. It makes a big difference in fast food to be fast and fast so that food is not cold. The Bratbeefsandwich was DELICIOUS. It reminds me when my grandparents would take me when I was little. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. I'll give Arby's 5 stars.

Am a night regular costumer at Arby's, and I gotta tell you, Maria is the best. She knows my order, and name, and what condiment I like with my food. She makes me feel very welcomed. And a lot of places I got to, hurry up and get you out of there. She carries a conversation with me. Best costumer service ever. Hi five arbys need more people like her

She was courteous, helpful and she customized my order which was awesome I did not know they did that.

Went to arbys for the first time with my wife and kids, during mid afternoon and as soon as we walked in there was an employee sitting on the table, on her phone, we went back the next night cause the food was that good. And the employee in the night shift were amazing tending to are every need, greeting us as soon as we came through the door, and greeting us good bye have a good night on are way out. Amazing customer service. Most definitely going back during night hours. I didn't caught your employees name but it was a younger lady and a older lady, and it was on a Friday. Really wish I could of caught there names. 2 amazing employee you have there thank you arbys
