What Samuel Williams doesn't like about Sylvain's Caribbean:
Very very disappointed. I ordered 2 plates. One brown stew and jerk chicken and a few other items. So so bland. Jerk had no spice at all.I cant believe how hard the beef patties were. Had to have been in the warmer since early lunch. It was bout 7 when I ordered. I left St. Augustine early to catch them. Very View all feedback.
The first time, the food was great. The second time, not so much. The presentation was not so appealing. The atmosphere would have gotten more stars if the air-conditioner worked! Overall, the service was good!
Real authentic carribbean food and not all of that commercial stuff. Love the staff. Great food , Great people.
New to the area and wanted something new. The Jerk Chicken, black beans rice and plantains were amazing. Definitely will be one of my go to's!
I had the oxtails with cabbage and yellow rice. Unbelievably great. Haven’t had oxtails since I worked in Orlando or went to islands. So delicious.I’ll be back!
Everything was good. Love trying different foods. Husband loved the j pork and j shrimp. I tried the goat, and Mother n law tried the ox tail. All was good.
