What User doesn't like about Subway:
I normally never have an issue but on thos visit my sandwich artist must of been brand new because he had to keep looking at the menu for all sandwiches as well he didn't place the toppings on very well. And I know you shouldn't complain about getting extra without asking, but he put so much cheese on my sub that it was at the point of being inedible. I like Subway, I do. And I may even give this one another try. But when I order online a BLT salad and drive to pick it up only to find on my return a plastic container with shredded cheese and some warmed up bacon, well, the thought ran through my mind that I 'd been pranked. Ha, ha. But I drove my 'salad ' back up there, and after waiting for the sole worker to finish two people before me (I can 't tell you how many 'I 'm sorry ' responses I heard from him to them , I finally asked him what exactly was this that I was holding. He looked at my receipt and said, A BLT salad. I said, 'What 's the key word here? His response was, 'You didn 't have 'lettuce ' clicked, so I didn 't know if you wanted it or not. ' (Whaaat? I said, 'You have my phone number right here if you were that confused. ' His reply was that he gets an online order every three minutes and he doesn 't have time to call on a questionable order, though he had no problem charging me full price for a 'salad ' that consisted of bacon and cheese. I know. Let 's blame COVID. Owner/manager, I 'm not the first person to complain about the accuracy at this Subway, Please take some responsibility for the running of it or you will find yourself selling less and less. There 's a Subway around nearly every corner. Don 't lose yours.
Placed an order on line. There was no where to put the gate code in so I called the store to give it to them. The employee that answered was completely incompetent and kept saying that a gate code was irrelevant because I had to come in and get it. I told him four different times it was being delivered that I paid a delivery fee for it to be delivered. He just kept on saying we don’t do that. Train your employees to know what the hell they are doing.
These children do well when it's busy and I'm in there, complicated command as to make a karen, give them an increase!
I like Subway. The service is good, the food reasonably fresh and consistent between stores. I can grab a 6 sub, a drink, and a couple of cookies for a fair price.
The new Philly sandwich was bomb. Just had it without the mayo. Restaurant was clean. The facility was clean. The service was good.
