All these years I thought I didn't like Steak N Shake when I wasn't even right. This place is the one! Burgers were super flavored, thick, juicy and excellent cooked. Onion rings were perfectly large and crisp. Eat well salted. The whole place was spotless! The staff was super friendly. They even call your order so sweet. Also great ambience music. What User doesn't like about Steak 'n Shake:
Came in on Veterans day for the free milkshake advertised. What a disappointment. Had to get it thru the drive thru. Their email advertisement never specified that requirement. Manager only said that is the way that it is! I will add that the floors are much nicer now than when I was here last time. View all feedback.
The staff is wonderful and extremely friendly! The food is consistently good. We visit frequently; it's a fantastic family-friendly spot and very affordable!
I stopped here while traveling and had a great experience. The service was friendly and attentive. I tried the new burger, and it was fantastic—surprisingly good! It's been over ten years since I've had S&S, and I’m really glad I did. Thank you!
You won't find a better burger anywhere, and the prices are more affordable than those at drive-thrus at other restaurants. The table service is excellent, and they offer a wide selection of hand-dipped shakes. It's always a fun and enjoyable experience!
Fast easy ordering food receipt. Friendly staff, clean dining room, handicap accessible parking, entry restrooms. Always a good stop for a tasty burger, fries, onion rings shakes.
I am here around 1:30 pm on a fairly busy Monday and ONE amazing young man named Michael is doing ALL the cooking. He is awesome. Has a great attitude and pleasant smile, in spite of cooking for online, drive-through and in person orders. One tiny waitress is caring for inside diners… again, all by herself. They both deserve a raise and a week off with pay!
