Don't have pictures but I have been eating here since they've opened and can honestly say I have not had a bad meal. The entire staff here work hard to make sure you are satisfied. Great food, service and pleasant to speak to.Give them a try you won't be disappointed. View all feedback.
What Anne Geary doesn't like about Napoli Pizza Palm Coast:
I’ve been ordering here off and on for years. Ordered today and it just was not good. There was no butter or garlic on the garlic knots they were just rolled up pieces of bread. I ordered the penne ala vodka and there was barely any sauce and it was very bland. My husband ordered the chicken parm dinner and again the sauce was very bland. I ordered a cheese pie and chicken tenders tonight and they both were excellent!!

Horrible! Placed an order through chow now and didn’t get a notification that it would take over 2 hours to deliver. After 1 hour, called the restaurant 20+ times to cancel, just to get a voicemail.
8 years living in Palm Coast and just tried Napoli's for the first time. We usually get Mezzaluna or Emilio's (before they closed). The minute I walked in to pick up my order I felt like I was transported to every small town pizza shop from the 80s. What really got me was the floor and the discolored worn spots from years of the pizza artist stretching dough and building his masterpiece. Oh if those floor boards could talk the stories they would tell.As I walked out with a piping hot pie I watched getting pulled from the oven the heat on my hands coming thru the box I was instantly shocked back to current day 2024.The pizza was great. Next time I will ask for it to be well done as I prefer my crust to be a little crispier, but even without the crisp the dough has great deep flavor. Overall great pizza and I will be back
They use cheap toppings, cheap sauce and cheap cheese. (Mozzarella was hard as a brick) and sauce was the worst! They never get an order right and when you bring up any issue... The customer is wrong. Spend your money elsewhere! Now your reply says everything! Even though you said you made the margarita with the ingredients it comes with. I asked for a white sauce and the lady on the phone said yes. I know no tomatoes, no red sauce. So I couldn't eat any of it. But my boyfriend said it was the worst pizza ever! So nice try. Then trying to shame and blame the customer, Hmmmmmm?Anyway, since that incident I have ordered from mezzaluna and I want to tell you their ingredients are high quality! I would even order from Marco's Pizza before I would order from NapoliAgain, as I mentioned in my original post, you get the order wrong and then you blame the customer. Pretty simple to understand! And the reason we didn't want a remade pizza is because your pizza stinks!Ba-Byeeeee ?Yup, Marco's and Mezzaluna, rock their pizza! They are so polite, they go out of their way to please you. The majority of their toppings are fresh, including pineapple! Quick and seriously, much better than Napoli's. If you'd like cheap pizza, go for Napoli's. If you want good pizza go someplace else.
