Paid almost $6 for a half filled, cold, disgusting Mac and cheese.Any other time I come in, it’s roughly $2 for the same cup of Mac and cheese that I had today. Right off the bat wrongfully overcharged, but hey I won’t complain cause I’m on break. Just to sit down, open it and see it half filled; again, I’m only allocated so much time for break that I can’t go back. But for it to be cold is the frickin icing on the cake. Literally trashed it at that point and will never step foot inside again. $6 for NOTHING.Sucks because I work in this strip mall and would go in often. Not anymore after today.Steer clear. Place is usually dirty on the floor as well, like they don’t know what a broom is.

I have had problems before when trying to use my points for food here at this restaurant. This is the only fire house that gives me issues. I called the restaurant and they told me I could use my points and place order over phone. When my wife went to pick up the order first they couldn’t find my account. Then is was they couldn’t honor my points without being able to scan my QR code. The final excuse was to use points it must go through the app. Now this is same fire house that just told me I was able to use my points and all my wife needed was my phone number. I like fire house but this restaurant has got issues and obviously they need more training. They basically wasted my time and my gas. This isn’t the first time this fire house has given me problems. On several orders they didn’t add the pickles on several orders. I think I will be going to another restaurant from now on.

Paid for salad and left tip with my bank card. They charged my card for the total. When I went into my bank account an hour later they had charged me for the purchase and 10 extra tips totalling close to $100 !!! Had to file a fraud case with my bank and will most likely have to wait almost 2 months to possibly get my money back. Most expensive salad ever!! Careful using your card there.
