Bamboo Creek - Palm Coast

This was my first visit to this restaurant and I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food. It exceeded my expectations based on the reviews I had read. The service from the waiting staff was a bit annoying at times, but overall they were good.

I recently tried the tofu and mixed meal at this restaurant and it was one of the best dishes I have tasted from different Chinese restaurants. The flavors were delicious and really stood out to me.

We called to order takeout and encountered a very rude girl working at the front. She started cursing at my partner after he asked about a price discrepancy, and refused to correct her mistake or adjust the charge. The staff were both rude and yelled at him to leave when he calmly pointed out the error in the bill. We decided not to proceed with our order because of the disrespectful treatment we received, as we feared the manager would take the employee's side. This is not the first time we have encountered such rude behavior from the women working there. We have been accused incorrectly on two separate occasions and will not be returning. The food might be good, but it's not worth dealing with such unprofessional and disrespectful employees.

The coconut shrimp from the house specialties menu is laughable. It is understaffed and poorly executed.

Eating is in order, but the customer service is missing. the women at the front desk trust me that they know what a) is extremely rude! my advice to them would be to do at least as if they were American. not all of us are entitled, and it takes only one second to say a simple "they are welcome ". I won't be back.
