We were staying in Palm Coast for a NASCAR race and found 386 online. When you pull up, it's not what you may expect. It looks like an old house that has been converted but very quaint and ambiance was fine. Food was fantastic. We had fish dip and bakedbrie apps. If I am being super picky brie could have been a little softer but thats splitting hairs. Entrees were really good.Mexican triggerfish was outstanding. My grouper special was very very good and the 386 chicken also prepared and executed well. I read some of the other reviews and understand this is a small family business so if the service isn't lightning fastsometimes, just be patient. It is worth it for the food. Frankie took great care of us though. No problems at all.
The food was delicious, and the staff were very friendly. However, I’m deducting two stars because they are charging fine dining prices while having the decor of a dive bar. While it wasn’t dirty exactly, it did feel a bit shabby. The servers were nice but did forget a few things. If they invested around a thousand dollars in fresh paint, new drapes, and pillows, they could significantly enhance the overall dining experience.

The servers were friendly but they forgot things. If they spend about a grand on fresh paint, some new drapes and pillows, they could dramatically improve the quality of thedining experience.
Cannot say enough great things about this little hidden gem. I sent my husband and friends in last night who had never been and Frank took great care of them as he always does. He personally took care of the table and they had an absolutely fantasticexperience. I love love love this place! Thank you!
