Was Anonym at Hidden Perk a mag?
I cant help but go past Hidden Perk's for a weekend breakfast when I'm in the area. It's fairly basic / standard food, however it is always fresh, they don't skimp on serving sizes and it's reasonably priced. I also cant help but get the same thing each time as well, even though I quickly look over the menu, smashed avo on gluten free toast and 2 poached eggs and an almond latte (mug). Go anywhere else and this could... View all feedback.
What Anonym dislikes about Hidden Perk:
Disappointing. We order coffee and acai bowls both we really disappointing. The coffee was burnt and the acai bowl was ok but the fruit was literally one strawberry cut in quarters and place on the top. The staff member eating at the table next to us had a small fruit salad on top of his acai bowl perhaps that they had run out of fruit by the time we got ours. Probably the worst coffee I have had on the GC. View all feedback.

Go anywhere else and this could cost you in excess of $25 for breakie and the coffee, Perks it's like $17 and when I have tried another cafe and ordered the same thing, it's never anywhere near as nice & I'm disappointed. I really want to try lunch one day, or the pancakes look really good as well (if I can pull myself away from the usual).
I stopped in on my way to Tallebudgera for a SUP session on the water and needed an early morning breakfast. I ordered the fantastic pancakes after previously sampling other great menu items like the B&E roll and the Spanish wrap. The pancakes were drizzled in fruit and maple syrup and topped with a delicious serving off ice cream! Well worth a try if you are visiting the Gold Coast.Don't forget to mention I sent you there.
So you've been out in the surf since dawn and now you're hungry... really hungry... but you don't want to break the bank! What can a boy do?Nip over the hill and down to a little known (unless you're local) hidden perk, tucked away in Koala Park - The Hidden Perk.Service is fast, food is fresh and... portion sizes are generous / big / huge (or whatever you wish to call 'em). Either way it's great value for money. As a bonus you get friendly staff and a spot in the sun if you're lucky.Loadsa perks, hidden away.
Went for a coffee with my partner in this lovely cafe. We both had a flat white and it’s hot and nice. We both enjoyed it. A pity that it’s a rainy day so couldn’t grasp outdoor seating. Fair price and friendly staffs, sure will come back. This Hidden Perk is a hidden germ too.
