If you're vegan, you really need to check out this place! I've been vegan for 13 years and have loved it since my teenage years. There have been many changes in management, but the new food manager is fantastic and has introduced a variety of prepared vegan options. They're open to suggestions for brands and food items, which is great! I encourage everyone to support this restaurant so we can enjoy even more amazing vegan treats. I'm working on getting more prepared items like vegan wings on sugar cane bones, delicious vegan artisan cheese, fresh baked goods, and locally sourced vegan delights from Miami and nearby areas. They even offer healthy raw sushi options! Let’s bring more vegan goodness to this spot!

This place offers a wide variety of raw foods, including crumbles, essential oils, fruits, and vegetables.

The restaurant offers all organic products that look incredibly fresh. The staff is very friendly and helpful, even remembering me a month after my first visit. Prices are a bit higher than those at the local Whole Foods, but I'm more than happy to pay extra to support this local business. They host great talks and events, and they also offer complimentary tea, coffee, and green juice!

I encourage everyone to support this place so we can enjoy even more amazing vegan offerings. I'm advocating for more prepared items, including vegan wings on sugar cane bones, artisan vegan cheeses and meats, as well as fresh baked goods and local products (with vegan delights from Miami and beyond). They also offer sushi, chicken, and healthy raw options! So come on in and check it out!
