Food is good, workers are incompetent. Every time I go here, they always mess something up. Communication is poor between customer and employee. This specific instance, one girl took my order then another came out and started making it, added pineapple when I said I didn’t want any and when I told her I said no pineapple, she just goes oh, pauses for a few seconds like I just said something she’s never heard before then goes to get a bowl to take out pineapple. She closed the lid and rang me up without even removing all the pineapple, must be blind. Please find better employees or train them a little more, the current ones are horrendous.

Horrible establishment. Came in with my kids after work and was immediately met with a rude worker. I tried to order a 2 scoop poke bowl, in which she gave a little under 1 scoop. I was outraged and asked for her name which she refused to give at first, I hope management disciplines Johanne.

The food was really soggy this time. Normally I love this place, but this time everything was soggy and gross.
