What User doesn't like about Hilton Garden Inn Palm Beach Gardens:
I have been staying in this hotel every time I come to the East coast and I will never stay here again! I was charged a $250 smoking fee (when NO ONE smoked in the room) I called and spoke to Chelsea (the manager) who didn 't care to hear what I had to say. If someone smoked in the room, wouldn 't it stink? It would linger in the air in such a small room. I also had my dog with me and the charge for him wasn 't even... View all feedback.
Rooms: They were spacious and included a microwave and mini fridge. Nearby activities: Downtown at the Gardens is just a short walk away. Safety: The location feels very secure. Walkability: Extremely close to Downtown at the Gardens. Food and drinks: The bar offered delicious bites and featured a fantastic bartender.
The service at both the front desk and the restaurant was outstanding. I ordered chicken wings, a salad, and an Old Fashioned to drink, all of which were excellent. The view of the lake from inside was stunning, especially at sunset. The location is perfect, nestled between the mall and downtown Palm Beach Gardens, right off PGA Boulevard and I-95. Plus, there's plenty of convenient parking! This has quickly become my go-to spot for both business and leisure trips to West Palm Beach.
The rooms were very clean, though I found the bed a bit too hard for my liking. The shower had impressive water pressure, and the view from my room was fantastic. The front desk staff at night were incredibly helpful and addressed all my questions about the area.
Very nice hotel, great service..only thing I didn't really care for was how much it costs to eat breakfast or anything there. What happened to the continental breakfast. That is my only complaint. 5 star hotel beside food pricesRooms: 5/5
Top notch hotel! We moved here after an awful stay at the Hampton Inn West palm Beach Turnpike (mold! . The hotel is clean, staff is welcoming and in a wonderful location. We had room 412 (overlooking the lake All staff (from front desk, the cleaning staff, restaurant, housekeeping were all so friendly and helpful. One night during a thunderstorm, the staff came out in full force to make sure the pool was clear, had towels and mops to pickup water so no one would slip. Staff were also out and about our whole stay to ask answer questions, clean, and be present. There were so many sitting areas so you can just relax. The outside area was gorgeous- you can tell that they took care o the landscaping, the pool area and we loved the little walking areas along with the bridge walkway to the downtown shops. The morning coffee and afternoon fruit water was fresh all day- although I prefer a hotel with free breakfast, it was just as easy to go to Whole Foods and grab muffins to bring back to the room. The laundry room was being used nonstop due to a baseball tournament- a washer stopped working one afternoon and they had a service/repair company come out immediately and it was up and running that evening. The location was perfect- close to downtown shopping and the mall- and close to West Palm Beach and Singer Island. It was a wonderful stay and we highly recommend the hotel.
