Five Guys - Palm Beach Gardens

The restaurant was clean, and the service was fairly quick and accurate. However, the staff member taking my order seemed unfamiliar with the 'bowl' option and looked at us as if we were in a different place, despite it being clearly listed on the menu. I ordered a "burger bowl with cheese, bacon, and jalapeños." After some confusion, I was asked, "Okay, a burger in a bowl?" I confirmed, "Yes, with cheese and..." but I was interrupted with, "Oh, so you want a CHEESE burger?" I responded with an affirmative, adding, "with bacon, and..." only to be cut off again. This time, they exclaimed, "Oh, then you want a BACON CHEESE BURGER?" I honestly didn't appreciate being corrected like that; I'm not applying for a job there. If they had listened, they would have understood what I was trying to order. Nonetheless, the burger—served with cheese, bacon, and jalapeños in a bowl—was well made and delicious.

Order the small hamburger with all the toppings, and don't forget to get some fries—make sure they're served hot! I've also heard that their shakes are delicious.

THANKS TO THE MANAGER Here At Five Guys I’m Rating This Restaurant A 5 Star Today Because I Ordered Here From Uber Eats But As I Do My Order I Forgot To Add Cheese On It So I Called Up There To See If I Could Add Cheese Over The Phone And I Had Already Placed The Order So I Explained How I Forgot To Order On Uber Eats But The Manger Explained To Me Nicely That There Was No Way They Could Do That Over The Phone Due To The Low Amount It Costed So He Advised Me To Cancel And Do It Again But Add Cheese So I Hang Up I Went Back To The App To Try That But It Was Too Late To Cancel My Order So I Called Back To Let Him Know I Couldn’t Cancel And He Would Be Fine Without The Cheese But A Moment Later I Get A Call Back From The Manger Stating That He Would Add The Cheese On The Burger For Me Even After He Explained It Couldn’t Be Done And He Didn’t Have To Do That But He Did And I Want To Say THANK YOU SO MUCH And I HIGHLY APPRECIATE YOU GUYS AND I DEFINITELY RECCOMEND YOU GUYS TO EAT HERE!!!!!!!

The burgers here are delicious and can be customized to your liking with a wide range of toppings. The fries are made from scratch, although the last batch we had was a bit too salty. Aside from that, they were quite tasty!

Always the best money spent on a quality burger! Any topping you want, friendly and quick service. The box of peanuts makes the wait so much shorter!
