Yard House - Palm Beach County

I had a reservation and when I arrived they tried to give me the worst table in the house using the excuse that they had a big party. There were clearly many tables available and I had to tell them which one I wanted and I got it. I hate it when I have to beg for a table, this happens too often. I just don't like staring out on the wrong foot. Please give me a break!

One of my family's favorite restaurants. It never disappoints. The food is always great (I especially like their tacos), the beer selection is amazing and the service is fantastic. Went there last night and it reminded me of how much I like it and that I should write this review. The other Gardens location is great too, but this one is our usual hangout.

Dedi was on point with everything from menu to food profiles which is important.. Thanks for the great service. The front of the house well managed and staff very friendly. All of our food was outstanding. Thanks Dedi.

Our party of four arrived mid afternoon on a weekday. We were seated immediately but it took nearly 10 minutes before a waitress came by for drink orders (water, unsweet tea and bar orders). Several minutes later the water tea arrived but she forgot the sweetener that was originally requested. After another 15 minutes, she never came back with the sweetener or our bar order. We had planned to order lunch, too, but finally gave up and just left. This is our second time here and the first visit wasn’t much better. Won’t be back.

If you are black BEWARE. Attending my friends birthday dinner here today and everything was extremely Terrible from the food, to the service to the lack of care compassion from the manager. First off my friend has an allergy to tomatoes and ordered pizza without tomato sauce and made it CLEAR to our waitress whose name was ‘CAT’ that she is allergic and what did she get? Pizza with the tomato sauce which clearly shows they do NOT CARE for the wellbeing of their customers. Another member of the party asked for well done meat for her burger and still came back ****** and runny. The fries were COLD and it took the server ‘CAT’ 20 minutes to bring out a FOUNTAIN SODA, and when she did she literally threw the straw on the table and walked away. This is the first Yardhouse I come to and the service is subpar and unacceptable. When complaining to the manager he made our complaints seem as if they were nothing and didn’t do anything to change or accommodate us DESPITE Serving my friend who has a food allergy the food she was literally allergic to. If I could give this location 0 stars and steer people away from the distasteful service my friends and I experienced I would!!
