First, I was not expecting a full Italian menu and was pleasantly surprised of what was offered. I had the veal picatta. It was perfect. Penne was el dente, the veal cooked to perfection with an amazing sauce including a jar full of capers. I had the lobster bisque soup and it was delicious. Just order for the first time at this location. A total disappointment with the fries I haven’t yet touch my food to eat but the amount of fries given is a rip off for your money. When ask to have some more I was told it’s be pound and will be charged extra. I usually order at location on lyons and Hillsboro which they give more amount of fries. Overall wrap is good but not satisfied with amount of fries . View all feedback.
Hair in food and they said it happens that is disgusting they need to get inspected no hair nets or gloves

I ordered dinner online and it said it would be ready in 15 mins. Took 45.The lasagna was lukewarm, very dry.The lettuce was brown on the bottom.Service was a one-star because not one person made an effort to address any of the customers waiting.I was there over 30 minutes before I addressed someone finally( I was trying to be patient and polite)
