Bonefish Grill - Palm Beach County

David was a great server. Helpful, friendly, and accommodating.

I have not been to Bonefish Grill for more than 5 years because I was unimpressed with the limited menu. Having received a gift card for the holidays I decided to come back and give it another try. I have to say the food was amazing, but I think what made the evening even better was our server Daphnee. I have been to many fine restaurants and received good service and not so good service. I have to say that Daphne was the most attentive server I have had in a very, very long time. She is now someone that i will ask for every time i come in.

Waitress bad, food good.April 20. Atmosphere was okay. Food was good but the service at the bar was horrible. In the beginning it was really good, but in the end it took him at least 20 minutes to check me out because he didn't have a register. I asked if the credit card would be faster. He said yes. I said I'll pay with a credit card. Then he walked away to service other people. Then we was done taking their order. Only three people at the bar. Me and two others he came back by I said can you please ring me out he said no I can't. I have to get my manager. Again. Horrible service. That's why I lowered my rating

A very bad evening out for 6 of us. Service was horrible ... 2 young ladies arrive loaded with mains and sides while the table covered in salad and appetizer serving and eating plates. Then they had no idea how to clear the table since their arms were full! Two mains were horrible and hamburger swsp for one never arrived. We dine out often in all kinds of places but this takes the cake. It was clearly the worst.

Visited Sunday, reserved our dinner a bit early. We arrived 5min before our scheduled time, there's a slight build up of customers since it's still not 6pm. We got seated within about 2-3min of speaking with the reception and everything is fine.However, 10min in our assigned seat, and we still have not ordered. We called the attention of any available staff, we're informed the assigned person to our table is busy but later on, that staff we asked, informed us they can take our orders for the time being.We noticed our steak is a bit dry, and our crispy fried shrimp was lacking in taste but again, no one came in to check up on us, and we had a hard time calling anyone's attention. We did finally found another staff, raised our concern with the shrimp (we accepted the steak as it is) and asked for a sauce. That sauce never came till we're done with the dinner at about ~5:50 PM. We understand that it's a busy night but whoever was assigned to our seat to assist, never shows up and that's why, for the 3rd time, we need to ask another random staff to assist us with the payment.We enjoyed the Calamari, the breadsticks, and the tacos with Bang Bang shrimp. The crispy fried shrimp is a complete let down due to a combination of lack of taste, and lack of service. The steak was nicely cooked, but dry and lacks taste (a bit of salt made it acceptable). The side dish were good too.We are probably not going back to this place again.
