Bolay - Palm Beach County

Used to be so healthy when it opened up. They had great selections of healthy veggies such as sweet potatoes, cauliflower. They replaced those with carbs- potatoes, rice, beans. It became like any other food chain serving Mexican -Spanish population. Also black rice was very hard, I think it crusted on the top. And the girl serving wasn't friendly. Disappointing!

We love Bolay! Whenever we have a team meeting or presentation or any excuse to get food, the unanimous decision from our team is to order from Bolay. The food is always fresh, delicious, and healthy. Whenever we cater from them, the food is always ready on time. Whenever we pick up, we are always greeted with a friendly smile. The West Boca location is amazing. Trevin even follows up after the catering to make sure everything worked out great. We really appreciate the careand dedication that he and his team have!

This is an excellent spot for a delicious lunch or dinner, and I wouldn't hesitate to have it for breakfast either. They offer a great variety of proteins, vegetables, and bases to choose from. I would definitely return to eat here. It's a place you shouldn't miss. I ordered a small Thai Shrimp Noodles bowl, which included Asian Sweet Potato Noodles, Herb Roasted Potatoes, Ginger Broccoli, Spicy Thai Shrimp, and Fresh Chopped Cilantro. The staff was incredibly friendly, and the service was top-notch. My bowl looked half empty because I couldn't wait to dig in!

Bolay is my go-to spot for lunch. I really appreciate the fresh variety they provide, which lets me enjoy a different meal each time I visit. The restaurant maintains a clean environment, and the staff are always friendly. My personal favorite is the teriyaki chicken paired with kale salad.

Absolutely fantastic! This was my first time experiencing Bolay in person. My wife has ordered from there before, and I always thought it looked good. But today, I finally walked in and placed my own order, and it was exceptional. I opted for the Thai Shrimp bowl, and the sweet potato noodles were simply AMAZING. Everything tasted incredibly fresh and healthy—except for those cookies! They were the crispiest, butteriest, saltiest chocolate chip cookies I've ever had. Absolutely delicious! While it was definitely fresh, I'd argue it wasn't exactly healthy. Overall, it was a perfectly balanced meal!
