Mizu - Palm Beach

Chef Gary is amazing! I would return to this restaurant just to eat his food. With 30 years of experience in sushi, living in Miami where fresh fish is a must, Chef Gary's skills are unmatched. I would follow him anywhere, along with other great chefs like Chief Eric from Ozean Reef Club and Reimon Choi from Private Boss. These are my Hall of Fame sushi chefs! I highly recommend trying the omakase with Chef Eric, it's always a fantastic experience.

I met up with a colleague for dinner at a quiet restaurant on a Monday evening in January. We decided to sit at the bar and ordered some sushi, which was delicious. We also had a Sapporo beer, but unfortunately, when we tried to order another round, we were informed that the bar was closed. I found this a bit odd for an Asian-themed restaurant. We ended up choosing another drink, finished our meal, and received the bill. Next time, I'll make sure to arrive earlier in the evening to avoid any confusion. While the restaurant may not be open to suggestions, if they were, I would recommend a separate bar menu to avoid any confusion. Overall, it seems like the sushi restaurant caters more towards resort guests.

I recently had dinner at this restaurant, where I enjoyed their special Thanksgiving menu. The food was amazing, prepared by a fantastic chef! The atmosphere was lovely and relaxing, with beautiful views of the beach and ocean waves.

An overall great breakfast experience! The views were amazing, the food was spot on, and the wait staff was friendly and attentive! My new favorite breakfast spot. Highly recommended!
