Here are some important details to note about this restaurant: It is located on the 1st floor inside an unmarked Marriott building. From the outside, you wouldn't even realize it's a hotel, as shown in the photo I took. The food was excellent. I had the fish tacos and my friend tried the breakfast burrito, both of which were delicious. The restaurant offers indoor and outdoor seating, with the option to sit outside n... View all feedback.
What PaolaP doesn't like about Brandon's At Tideline Resort:
Great location. Beautiful view of the ocean. Food was okay. A little pricey for a brunch for two. In the past the brunch had more and better selection. Now it has been reduced to a limited set menu. It could be the season, not sure but for a Sunday brunch at 11am it was empty not too many patrons at the restaurant. View all feedback.
Last week I visited a high time in the tideline. before the event I drank a few beers in the lobby bar. this bar was average and the service was sub par. there were three people behind the bar, but they all seemed busy and ran around. the high time was outside on their terrace and it was very pleasant. the reception was held in a banquet hall in the upper floor. the appetizers were delicious and the main course was cut. no bad location for a high time
My man wanted to surprise me with a night in this hotel for birthday. for months he spoke to individuals who set up for the night. in the night we went out the ac. the office worker did not know about his reservation they had to look for. He also almost ruins the surprise we thought they were asking me what was the surprise. we stood about 30 minutes to find everything. they did not meet the accommodations. he ordered a cake and we had a reservation in the restaurant they never placed. as soon as we went to the room, we had to accept having birthday decorations. neither. later, they came with a wee, probably already in the room. the space must also be updated. we had no cake, no dinner reservation, no decoration, no ac. we had to leave the hotel literally to try to eat something for my birthday dinner. my birthday night was ruined. the manager decided that they would make it to us by providing us another night stay. we called a month later to set up a date and said that they have changed the management and they would not be able to provide this service. I would not recommend this hotel.Wurst experience in a hotel for my birthday.
Bob, the night leader at the reception is an absolute gem! from the moment we went through the doors, we were met with helpful, accommodating staff who really cares. I can't say enough about the staff here! I have never experienced a hotel stay in which any person with whom they come into contact is friendly, warm and helpful! there was a little waiting for the elevators, but it is a boutique style hotel that I prefer. the safe in our room has stopped working and someone was there within minutes to change the battery. the rooms can use an update, but the aesthetic was still modern and clean and the beds were comfortable. we will come back next year!
The Tideline is a magnificent hotel with excellent customer service. From my arrival to my departure everyone made me feel welcome! Lisa and Gabby went above and beyond helping me with all of the accommodations. This hotel is 5 stars. You must go and see for yourself!
The whole staff was great. but the rooms were obsolete, shottig and and bad repairs. the whole place has been neglected and needs an overhaul (the personal agrees with it) for the money they have charged, there is a serious lack of value. elevators were slow or 1 out of 2 did not work. heated pool was frigid. 2 of 3 running bands in the gym do not work. refridge was missing from our suite. they brought us on request. on and on. I never write reviews, but this is an extreme situation. Stay away.
