This is our third week in a row that we’ve attended the Sunday Buffet (we came for date nights last year). The shrimp and grits and French toast were amazing! Our waitresses checked in frequently, even with a busy brunch crowd! Chef Tony makes some great food!
We had high hopes going to brunch at this establishment after all the amazing reviews. Sadly our experience was not good and to the point where I wouldn’t even give it a second chance. The salad was good but other than that the food was awful. The mimosas were basically just OJ and the service was not attentive. Dirty plates sat on the table the entire meal and the place was not busy. We asked for salt/pepper several times before they remembered to bring it. Maybe it was just an off day but we were not pleased.
I am normally not very critical of restaurants and try to give small local ones a fair shot. This had to be the worst experience I’ve had in Brevard County in such a long time. The service was subpar, it took over 10 min to get salt/pepper for the table and the server never came by unless we specifically called for her. Chef Tony is fantastic. I first started ordering prepared meals from them when they were in Cocoa and continued to support them when they opened in Palm Bay. The flavors are unique and unexpected, but always delicious. I appreciate that Chef Tony began offering a variety of meal options after a few months of only offering single-serving meals. There are options for pick-up or delivery, and I have always enjoyed affordable and tasty meals. It feels like having my own personal chef preparing my meals. Thanks to Chef Tony, quarantine has been more bearable with his delicious creations available for purchase. Thanks to Chef Tony, his wife, family, and assistants for making my life easy and happy. Bless you all!
