The service was excellent at this restaurant. Jason, the delivery driver, is top-notch. He is consistently courteous and punctual. Today, my son accidentally overpaid him $20 and Jason went out of his way to rectify the mistake. This was exceptional customer service. We ended up giving him a larger tip as a result, and this has made us even more loyal customers. Thank you, Jason! View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Pizza Hut:
Did not get order as specified, also they placed it on the ground even though it stated it would not be placed on the ground.A little displeased this time but the pizza and fudge brownie was GREAT. View all feedback.
Don?t order from here, called to place order, I asked about the toppings and about the price. Put me on hold multiple times and then girl on the line cussed under her breath and hung up on me. Very unprofessional and very rude. So don?t even waist yourtime or money here
Good day We just wanted you to know that your employees at the 1840 Eldron Blvd. S.E. B7 Palm Bay FL 32909 location, especially Jason, (delivery driver) and Laurie, (receptionist), are ???? ABSOLUTELY FABULOUS!!!!!!h We unfortunately had anissue with the pizza order, (ended up to be totally my fault), however, they rectified the issue and brought us a brand newcorrected pie!! I ordered food on a busy Friday night. The pizza arrived promptly, hot, and delicious!
I would give this restaurant less than one star if I could. The food is consistently undercooked and when I mentioned potentially getting food poisoning to the manager, she became angry and criticized me. I am not concerned about receiving a refund, I simply wanted to make her aware that the restaurant is serving food that poses a health risk. It is completely unacceptable and embarrassing behavior on her part.
