A great Japanese place in Melbourne. The ambiance was rustic and resembled you are sitting in a old Japanese house. The staff were friendly and polite. Coming to the food, we got 1. Takoyaki (5/5), Greta flavor and little chewy but very good. 2. Box dinner (5/5) A lot of food with plenty of variety. 3. Chicken cheese Katsu (5/5) The curry was good and the chicken was perfect. I would not have preferred the cheese on top. The soup and salad were also very good. Overall a great place.
We had an excellent time here. The most authentic Japanese restaurant in the area! Staff was super friendly and recommended the perfect dishes for our taste. Stephanie the host was so nice. We will definitely be back!

I had really high expectations for this restaurant but they completely blew that out of the water. It reminded me a lot of when I got food on vacation in Japan. Everything from the salad to the miso and our entrée was perfection. I got the ramen dinner with sushi included and maui shrimp and my friend got the curry. You get really large portions which I appreciate and our waitress was really kind and attentive. Wish I found this place sooner 10/10 recommend.
Quaint little Japanese place. I found the selection to be a bit limited, but the food I ordered was good. The ginger dressing on the salad was particularly good.
