Chekmarc's - Palm Bay

Best local diner. My family and I eat this place as long as I remember. The staff is really friendly and once you have a few time, they will remember you and talk about everything you want. The food is excellent. All their products come from a local market, Downtown Produce, which is only 15 minutes away and guarantees that everything is fresh. Your breakfast is the best. If you are in the mood for something sweet, I would recommend the deep french toast. This place is really one of my favorite restaurants and I come back and eat here when I'm in town.

Breakfast on Saturday. The line was long when we went to the door. We sat within five minutes (only 2 of us) and the waitress immediately came to our beverage orders. Steaming hot, fresh coffee for both of us appeared fast and was refilled by every waitress who walked by chance. My husband ordered a big breakfast with eggs, chopped brown potatoes, bacon and pancakes. His eggs, as he ordered, were crispy on the outside and soft and hot on the inside. The bacon was very good; the pancakes were large and very delicate. I ordered a Greek omelet, (feta cheese, spinach and also asked for a tomato cube) plus dimples and a blueberry muffin. My Omelet was hot and delicious and filled with cheese and filling. The grottos were hot and smooth and did not seem to be the immediate kind. The blueberry muffin was large with tons of blueberries and beautiful, crispy top. (I could only eat half and take the rest in a bag for a snack home). Our food came within 10 minutes or less. The waitress came several times to see if we needed something, although she was busy with other diners. Our drinks were refilled several times. The employees are all very friendly, but don't let yourself be socialized with customers and keep them from their responsibility. In short: Great Mom and Pop Restaurant with very good food and fast friendly service. Tonnes of regular customers and repeat customers.

Wonderful breakfast. The place was PACKED and I just knew that I would be too late for work, but none of these people can fire under a chef to let it happen. The service was wonderful and the waitress went out of her way to accredit a party member who had special nutritional needs. There was a wonderful home town that hid your part of the family here. I forgot what a wonderful experience can spend for a Saturday morning for breakfast.

The employees here are well trained and move things well. The restaurant is very clean and well managed. Kaitlin offers excellent table service and the check-out process was very fast. I saw the cleaning staff looking for tables to clear them and jump as soon as someone left. Well-trained staff and wonderful service. Food was basic comfort food and well prepared and hot. Try it for the first time.

This place is wonderful. My girlfriend has a pork allergy, which most places that serve breakfast have trouble catering to and in some instances have turned us away. We were welcomed and assured it was not an issue and that they would make sure everything was safe. This was a really nice experience. Staff is friendly and welcoming, service is on point, and the food is terrific. The extra lengths they went to to make sure we could enjoy a nice breakfast out was refreshing.
