What Ryan Kim doesn't like about Gong Cha:
This is the first review I have ever written to inform people about how terrible this restaurant is. I am a big fan of Gong Cha, but this is the worst store I have ever visited. I asked for 30% sugar in my drink, but it tasted like it had 100% sugar. I complained, but they insisted they made it correctly.
