We started with the deconstructed elote as an appetizer, and it was excellent—I'd highly recommend it. The chili relleno was also outstanding, featuring a wonderfully crisp coating. The food was absolutely delicious. The chefs really have perfected the flavors and portion sizes. While the prices are a bit on the higher side, they're still quite reasonable. Our waiter, however, was a bit distant, lacking energy and effective coordination during our dinner. This restaurant is just perfect for Palisade! The owners and staff are incredibly friendly and accommodating.
The food was absolutely delicious. The chefs really have a handle on flavors and portion sizes. The prices are slightly on the higher side, but still reasonably acceptable. However, our waiter was somewhat distant and lacked enthusiasm or coordination during our dinner. The appetizer and main course arrived just two minutes apart as we received our drinks. After that, we waited for about 30 minutes before he checked in with us again. Despite this experience, I would definitely consider giving this place a second chance. The chai martinis were a delightful surprise!

Gannon was a wonderful server… ambiance is top notch… drinks were great… food was good but definitely a bit pricey… service got a bit slow towards the end of our meal but we’d definitely go back and recommend it to others
