What Taughboyne doesn't like about Agriturismo La Polledrara:
The site is lovely and the facilities of good quality. You can sit in a glass-walled dining room and be surrounded by fine views of verdant fields, rolling hills and distant blue mountains. Service is OK too. On the day I ate there the food did not show to best advantage. The bruchetta and salads were pleasant and the pasta better than average. I live in Rome and am on the hunt for the perfect getaway and this is it. I went on the recommendation of an Italian chef and whilst the food is divine for me, it is the setting, peace and genuine hospitality which will ensure I return before too long.
