I loved this place. As of the week of Nov 28th to Dec 3rd the restaurant closed. I dont know the exact day it closed, but it was closed on December 3rd when I went to eat there. View all feedback.
Great food. Huge portions. Ridiculously low prices. You walk in and you’re brought back like 40 years. It’s old and dated and a little worn but that’s why I loved it so. The young lady who was our server worked so hard and was such a pleasure.

Food was fantastic, view was beatiful, service was top notch.
I have been here a few times. The meat loaf and chopped steak and all the sides are worth the 90 minute drive!! The service usually leaves a LOT to be desired. I got zero refill offers on my delicious sweet tea!! I had the rib eye this last time and it was really good!!! VERY tasty and filling. If they would hire an older lady to mentor the younger wait staff this place would be perfect. But, I can deal with no refills if they keep the meatloaf and mashed potatoes recipe consistently delicious!
We stopped here while traveling home from DC. While the building is older, the food was wonderful and the two girls serving us were the sweetest. That's what counts. Prices were affordable as well. We paid between $10 and $15 per person depending what we ordered. We will certainly stop again when traveling through.
