If you've been to Nisyros and haven't eaten at Apyria, you haven't seen the whole of Nisyros. Amazing food in all respects and in all areas. Rare hospitality and excellent service. Very nice tavern with local specialties and products of Nisyros. Excellent quality materials. In a nice location in the narrow streets of the village. It is housed in a well-preserved traditional house that gives you an idea of what the interiors were like in the old houses. Very good service, we will definitely visit again!
