Strapizzami - Feedback

What sabrina mochi doesn't like about Strapizzami:
Unfortunately it's not the first time I've had pizza, even orders for 15 people... but now I want to have my say, since they charge well... so it's also right to write reviews.... taken on Saturday evening for a birthday I was really disappointed, burnt cold pizza, pizza without seasoning, cold fried inside, to throw everything away... it's not the first time that's enough.... Personally, I don't like snobbish environments, I love trattorias. Unfortunately I would say that the environment is a bit too cold. The lady at the service could certainly be a little kinder, but I understand that the customers could be too. Last but not least, I would go beyond 5 stars for the pizzas.
