Mcdonald's - Palestine

If you're patient like me, you might have to wait a bit for your meal. Sometimes when I visit, there are only a couple of employees working, especially in the evening. However, I believe it makes the food come out hot and fresh!

The food here is consistently great, and I enjoy my visits when everything goes smoothly. However, my only issue is that sometimes it feels like my orders aren't being heard. For instance, I might order a mocha frappe with caramel and end up with something different, like getting three Quarter Pounders instead of the three McDoubles I requested. Or, I might not get any ice cream, only to receive a full cup instead. When the order is correct, though, the taste is phenomenal!

Lisa was incredibly friendly when taking our order, and she served our food with a smile. I've been to many locations, and it was refreshing to encounter a McDonald's employee who genuinely seemed to enjoy her job. Her friendliness stood out, and the food was very fresh. I give McDonald's five stars for excellent customer service and quality food!
