Sometimes when I visit, there are only a couple of employees working, especially in the evening. However, I believe it makes the food come out hot and fresh!

However, my only issue is that sometimes it feels like my orders aren'... read more The food here is consistently great, and I enjoy my visits when everything goes smoothly. However, my only issue is that sometimes it feels like my orders aren't being heard. For instance, I might order a mocha frappe with caramel and end up with something different, like getting three Quarter Pounders instead of the three McDoubles I requested. Or, I might not get any ice cream, only to receive a full cup instead. When the order is correct, though, the taste is phenomenal!

I've been to many locations, and it was refreshing to encounter a McDonald's employee who genuinely seemed to enjoy her job. Her friendliness stood out, and the food was very fresh. I give McDonald's five stars for excellent customer service and quality food!
