Kfc - Palestine

They made my chicken original recipe fresh, but was very fat. However, much improved since my last visit where they refused to cook original for my order and told me to go to Chick-fil-A... I couldn't believe it either! If she had been my employee, she would go there; look for employment. Apparently you need better supervision/management.

This place is usually HORRIBLE... really bad food and poor customer service. My daughter really wanted a KFC Famous Bowl, so we decided to give him an attempt after we probably don't eat there for more than a year. (Lady time we try, they had no chicken!) The lady in the drive thru was very polite, and let us know it would be a few minutes while they cooked us fresh popcorn chicken, and asked if that was okay. That's it. We ordered two bowls. We come into the window, and the same lady tells us that they found a purchase / a free voucher, so we only had to pay for a bowl! That was great!!! The food was fresh, not pouring on the portion size, and tasted delicious! We're definitely going back.

Went to KFC after working at the site in Uthet. Order number 3 .whole wings drink side and biscuits. $under 9 books. Food was hot taste was great service with a smile. I said the lady in the car thru If I wanted this in Tyler IT could come out of the window and something would be cold. But they do it right in Palestine TX. Since then I am at Tyler place price $12 for the same meal food was hot tasty but the price. Went to Longview location after this PREICE $12 NASTY nothing tasted good. You the good work Palestine I will come back every time I work in the area.
