A1. The absolute tip top of Palermo dining. Can’t beat the hospitality. It’s jolly by name and jolly by nature at this establishment. Bellissimo to the max. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

A jolly meal indeed: clouds of smoke, plastic tables in the street, local workies having an early lunch with beer. Not particularly cheap €15 euros for what you see on my plate on the picture). Nice local experience. I heard the owner speak quite decent English we spoke Italian to each other). Sadly, the only grilled offal on offer were stigghioli, no livers or hearts.
