Poor food quality and marginal customer care. I have ordered grilled chickens with french fries several times and these consistently arrive with problems (poor quality of raw materials, raw fries etc. . Despite having communicated the problems several times, the quality does not seem to improve in the slightest, constantly making the same mistakes. Always a regular customer. Very high quality of food. For example, the spleen is only available on Tuesdays and only if it is excellent. Shank really good, as is the fillet.
