We tried the spleen sandwich here, it was pretty good to out uninitiated taste buds. The place has lots of younger people having lunch here, and it's on a little park on a busy street. Not a bad place to grab a quick lunch after seeing the Palatine Chapel.

Amazing and cheap lunch. The best place to try the traditional pane con La milza. Staff did not speak English but were welcoming and helpful. Had the arrancini, milza roll and also panelle roll. All fresh and delicious. Would definitely come here if you want to sample good quality Sicilian street foods.

We came here one evening for a quick bite of typical street food. Having grown up with the food I can say the pane cu a meusa was good, the panino con le panelle was very bad. They were cold and overly salty to the point that our throats burned from tasting them. So disappointed considering how famous this place and the owner are.

Un discreto street-food dove, a prezzi davvero popolari, si possono gustare pizze, panini, fritti e focacce. Dal classico hamburger al tipico pani ca' meusa passando dalle panelle alla pizza, dalle arancine alla frittura di paranza. Un fast-food con cibo internazionale ma anche con tutte le migliori specialità della tradizione siciliana. Menù fors'anche un po' troppo ampio per una qualità soddisfacente.

Poco fuori il centro città. Offre tutti i tipi di street food che si possono immaginare. Noi abbiamo preso un pane panelle e crocchè al prezzo di Forse il migliore mangiato a Palermo.
