We ate at Carlos V twice in the beginning of October of 2019. First time the food was excellent and the service impeccable. At the end of the meal, we found out that they serve black squid pasta and a black squid and sea urchin...sauce that has to be ordered in advance. We have come over this place, as we live only a few steps away from the place. every time they go through the place, the owner roberto chatty is and makes an attempt to convince them at his place. never too abrupt or. too intrusive. we have already densified some paints, always very pleasant atmosphere, very good eating and service. most important is the place when they dinate outside, even tho it is at the place of sights. By the way, there are few sights directly at the square, so its very comfortable. loves the place and comes back!

Good location, eating was good, but they will find better food for a cheaper price. portions were not great.
