We had to seat ourself after waiting forever to find out what we're supposed to do. I look for a waitress and ask her and she tells me to sit anywhere. Ok no bi... read more We had to seat ourself after waiting forever to find out what we're supposed to do. I look for a waitress and ask her and she tells me to sit anywhere. Ok no big deal. So then it literally takes 12 minutes to take our drink order. After we say down, 9people all together sat on opposite side of us. They were taken care of immediately. We got our food order in 26 minutes in. Ourfood finally came out 54 minutes from the time we arrived, three people that came in after us were already done eating and wewere just getting ours. My husbands came out cold, no exaggeration. My chicken breast was so overcooked that it was tough asjerky, again no exaggeration. My son's burrito has filling in the center and the end we're so hollow that filling only filledthe burrito 1/3. The tea was so watered down that it was see through. We never got a refill until we were almost done eating. Wehave never had a problem here but I'm guessing they were having some sort of trivia going on up front so the service sucked. Thewaitress was very non attentive and didn't seem like she wanted to deal with anyone. I will not be back for awhile sadly.
