Got my order wrong and the food tasted old and over greasy.
Absolutely horrible. I ordered original recipe and I got extra crispy. I ordered Cole slaw and they didnt have any so I said I would take mashed potatoes and gravy. I got 3 lg containers of mashed potatoes with NO gravy. The chicken was old and dry with 2 different cooking times. Never again
This is the best KFC I've ever been to. The chicken is great and the staff is awesome.
We noticed that after a Hispanic family was seated, it took quite a while for us to be served. They asked us to place our order using a tablet at the counter when no staff were available to assist.
