Palatine Inn Restaurant

We stopped there for breakfast. It was our first visit to the place. The service and food were very good. My wife had the blueberry crepes with a side of bacon and I had the gypsy skillet. Both were very well prepared and presented. Our waitress was very polite and a pleasure to deal with. Will definitely visit again the next time we are in the area. We also bought a loaf of their cinnamon bread to take home.

I have been coming to the Palatine Inn for many years. I would say that the best thing about the restaurant is it's consistency. You can always depend on each dish being delivered is going to be the same as the last time. That's why you can have favorites! The turnover of servers is very high, so I can't say I have a person I would ask for, but the training must be very good because service is always good. It would be worth your while to check out this friendly and dependable restaurant!

This is my kid's favorite place in Palatine. The owner is really nice and always greets them so they feel special!

I wish there was a Palatine Inn here in Iowa City. Good food, great soup, wonderful employees who know your name; a true Family Restaurant.
