Little Caesars - Palatine

5 times in the last 6-8 months here. You have NIE hot and ready pizza available. No matter when I show up, they'll always be sold out. What is the point in advertising if you don't wear it? That was the last trip I'm going to make. I'll stay freezing.

I took my lunch break to grab a pizza using a gift card. Upon arriving at the restaurant, I encountered an employee who left and returned five minutes later, claiming there was a woman waiting outside. However, no one came out and I ended up waiting for an additional 27 minutes before getting frustrated with the lack of service. As someone who works in customer service, I found this behavior to be rude and lazy.

I called to confirm my online order because I had problems online and without talking to me, the man on the phone just says thank you online orders and hangs on Worst Cesar 's I had to treat... And the only one I know that only ordered online???

The restaurant closes every day at 7:00 due to a lack of staff. Orly suggested updating the operating hours as many customers end up having to order through the app. He mentioned that we could request a refund from the corporate office. However, this was not helpful when my children were hungry. After receiving an order number and pickup time from the app, we were told by the owner to leave as he was already closed. When I showed him my order number and pickup time, he did not seem to care. We work hard for our money and while we may like the food, we cannot support such rudeness.

I can manage this place better than a bunch of jokers. Village of Palatine should keep an eye of this people. Manager should pay how he keeps this place and how his employees don?t wash their hands. Stay away from these place. Is going to have someone poisoned. Or even killed.
