El Chicanito Bakery - Palatine

This was a last-minute request, but they were kind enough to accommodate us. We ordered the tres leches cake, and it was delicious even with the short notice. Thank you for making it so special. All our guests thoroughly enjoyed it!

I arrived at 9:05 a.m. and the person working at the counter informed me that they had closed at 9 a.m. However, the sign on the door and online clearly stated that they closed at 10 a.m. I was disappointed because I just wanted to order a few items, but the employee refused to even open the door to notify me that they had closed early.

I arrived at the restaurant expecting it to be open until 10 o'clock, as their working hours indicated. However, they unexpectedly locked their doors at 9:05, so I will be looking for another place to take my business.

Fresh bread, really good flan and tres leches cake. Definitely my preferred bakery. Highly recommend!

Good food and good energy in all of their locations. Good place to get work done or just hang out w folks. Younger crowd from what I’ve experienced.
