Many times in coastal towns there are doubts about the restaurants that are on the sea front, but in Palamós, and I'm mainly talking about the ones in front of the Llotja, they are a success. In this case, Can Blau has an unbeatable product and a very refined rice technique. We tried a total of 5 different dishes: French Oysters, Palamós Prawns (medium), Clams, Baked Octopus and Boiled Black Rice. Each and every one of the courses lived up to expectations, where I would stand out from the starters: the prawns and the clams. The starters in general were not very elaborate, they respect the product very much, and the truth is the best they can do. The rice was a total surprise because no diner had ever tried a hot black rice, and it did not disappoint. Finally we made the assortment of cakes and the cheese cake of which we will highlight the latter. With wine, it ended up being €57 per person, which we paid very gladly because we considered that we had totally made the right decision by going to Can Blau. If you are not into desserts or wine, you can cut the bill much more!! We will definitely come back when we pass through Palamós again!
