Overall good place to have acces to typical Lao dishes, prices are reasonable and the restaurant is comfortable. I particularly recommend the fried sweet/curry fish dishes. View all feedback.
What S doesn't like about Khamfong Boat:
We had a spicy cashew salad and it was the most basic food we ever ate in Laos and not realy good. I guess its good food when you order big menus considering the other reviews and how many local people ate there when we did. View all feedback.
Nice view from the river. The restaurant offers a lot of menu items where you could choose from.

An enjoyable group business dinner with pre ordered food- adequate choice and quantity. Service was attentive and efficient. At night the views of the river limited, so daytime dining better for sights. The stairs need careful navigation to ensure no falls.
